Context
A creator-led business ran a catalog of 50+ digital offers with launches, evergreen funnels, mastermind programs, and micro-offers all firing at once. Contact records were tagged inconsistently. Automations overlapped. Nobody was sure which sequences were live, which were retired, and which had silently broken.
Approach
I designed and maintained an end-to-end lifecycle system across Kartra and HubSpot, backed by Zapier and GoHighLevel workflows for adjacent programs. Every lifecycle path — lead capture, nurture, purchase, upsell, post-purchase — had a documented owner, tag structure, and dependency map.
What was built
- Full-funnel infrastructure: landing pages, opt-in forms, sales pages, checkout flows, upsell/downsell logic, post-purchase automation
- Lifecycle tagging and segmentation logic supporting lead qualification, nurture, and program enrollment
- Email workflows for launches, evergreen funnels, mastermind programs, and micro-offers
- Kartra sequence stats visible at a glance: 24,204 leads, 615 active, 175,647 emails sent
- HubSpot workflows for enrollment, form-triggered updates, and record management
- Zapier automations bridging ClickUp, Google Sheets, Fathom, GiveButter, Gmail, and ActiveCampaign
- GoHighLevel campaign workflows with stats visibility per node
How it stayed safe under change
- Documented funnel logic and automation dependencies
- System change logs so iteration didn't silently break downstream flows
- Clear naming conventions across sequences, tags, and triggers
- Regular audit passes to retire dead automations
Adjacent lifecycle work
Similar lifecycle infrastructure has powered Rise Girl™ program enrollments and Miami MoCAAD's donor lifecycle — the same discipline of tagging, segmentation, and dependency documentation carried across contexts.
